What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

4.1 yesterday morning and 4.2 this morning, think the basal needs reduced for long runs.

6.7 :/ Ever since going on the insulin pump i have noticed that my BS go up and up all night! They were perfect on Lantus, and now that i have switched, using the same basal rate as what lantus would give they tend to be running higher :/

My doc said must people use 10-20% less rapid acting insulin when compared to lantus, but it seems that I am the opposite lol

4.8 on this bright sunny morning......

7.1 for me today

12.4 I started taking Amoxicillin two days ago. Would that affect my sugar levels?

I used to be a dispenser in a pharmacy,we used to have diabetics say it effected there levels....but I think it's more the infection that causes a rise,.....as I am on permanent daily antibiotics for my lungs....but that's only my opinion.....hope you feel better soon.

4.3 this morning....but I was very good last night at meal out, kept the carbs low and forgo the wine for Pepsi max cherry!!!! ( not being a saint have big family gathering Sunday and don't know if I'll be able to reign myself in) !!!!
