we all have down days! It seems like your body was adjusting to something that was going off in your life and your blood sugar was too low!
Usually i find when i am upset my blood sugar goes up and not down!
We all have days where we fall off the wagon!
Take me two weeks ago,
Oh i can't believe i am admiting this!
I missed breakfast, i had a chicken sandwisch for lunch followed by a mars bar!
Evening meal was lemon chicken and rice, and then a slice of cheesecake, and half a large tube of pringles!
I pulled myself back up and dusted myself off and thought must not do that again! That was my one naughty thing since i became diabetic!
You are not alone by falling off the wagon! Just pick yourself up and get straight back on!
