If you got that difference in reading in one minute only it is due to meter inaccuracy. A 10% variance either higher or lower is tolerated so your difference falls in that bracket if the true reading was somewhere in between the two. They are not precision instruments especially the cheaper ones. Just take the reading half way between the two to be the real figure. You can get varying readings even from the same drop of blood. You can get a testing fluid from the manufacturers (maybe even free if you phone) to see if your meter is still as accurate as it should be. The best thing is to only test once, and only use one meter.
