What's the last thing you ate that was naughty on the waistline?

A beer. And no, I didn't eat it, but it's still said it doesn't do much good for your waistline. Good thing I didn't have one to start with, it's more of a waistblob
 
There is not a day passes that I do not tell myself that I am a very lucky person - The kilt that I was wearing a couple of years ago now wraps around my waist twice rather than one and a half times.
