Any advice on this - Is my intake okay or should I be avoiding diet drinks due to the aspartame etc.?
Hi All.
I generally drink water and tea (milk no sugar) when at work, squash (no added sugar) when at home and Diet Coke if socialising. I've read various things about sugar free drinks. Any advice on this - Is my intake okay or should I be avoiding diet drinks due to the aspartame etc.?
Also, when out for a special occasion I drink vodka Diet Coke. Again not sure if this is advisable or there are better alternatives? Thanks in advance

I had to do it. So depressed at the way things were going. Had to relieve the pressure..Way to go mate.
