Type 2 When is best time to exersise?

I have a tread mill in my home but need guidance on when is the best time to exercise. After meals, before meals all at once (30 min) or break it down.
 
Think everyone is different regarding how long you do it but I am sure they mentioned on the X-PERT course that you are better exercising before eating. Also, recall watching something on TV about the most efficient way to burn calories is short bursts, ie. run for 2 mins, walk for 1 min and repeat this for 20 mins.

I like to walk first thing in the morning and after dinner so I guess if I was using a tread mill it would be those times. Good luck with the exercise x
