When is too much water an issue?

Hi, been a t2 diabetic for a long while now. Recently been hospitalised with a DKA caused by Dapagliflozin and trying to eat low carb... Anyways, I’ve been very anxious since coming out of hospital and last night my mouth was so dry I ended up drinking about 3 litres of water over the space of a couple of hours. I’m now stressing that I may have drank too much water and have knocked my electrolytes/sodium out of kilter which could harm me. Has anyone been in a similar situation?
Thanks

I have had issues since eating more low carb and my GP has actually told me to aim for 3 litres a day so I think that maybe having 3 litres in just two hours might be a little too much - I aim for around a litre over a couple of hours and then reload...

If you are worried at all then please do get in touch with your GP
