    Jardiance 25mg Once a day
    Also Blood Pressure meds (Candesartan 8mg), 1 capsules turmeric/black pepper in place of Naproxen anti-inflammatory meds for arthritis
    Exercise:
    Cardio and rehab stretches for knee (no cartilage) - Spin Bike, Treadmill, Cardio Boxing
    Resistance weights
    Yoga
    Qi Gong

    Metformin SR 500mg x3, Jardiance 25mg, Candesartan 8mg (for high BP) | Freestyle Libre Sensor Flash Glucose Monitor (not strips) - FBG, Pre/post Exercise, before & twice after meals, bedtime) | Carb count on MyFitnessPal
    2020 - control generally good via meds, LCHF wherever possible, monitoring with Freestyle Libre, regular exercise.
    Physio rehab for knee and cardio/resistance/strength work, golf, tennis, Qi Gong.

    Symptoms: Extreme thirst, up through the night to use the loo, pins and needles in my hand, weight dropped rapidly losing stone and a half in around 3-4 months.
