    Metformin SR 500mg three times a day
    Jardiance 25mg Once a day
    Also Blood Pressure meds (Candesartan 8mg), 2 capsules turmeric in place of Naproxen anti-inflammatory meds for arthritis
    Exercise:
    Cardio and rehab stretches for knee (no cartilage) - Spin Bike, Treadmill, Cardio Boxing

    Symptoms: Extreme thirst, up through the night to use the loo, pins and needles in my hand, weight dropped rapidly losing stone and a half in around 3-4 months.

    Blood Pressure: (06/17) High | (09/17) Pre-High
    (09/18) After full year on tennis circuit (sports journalist by trade) - impossible to stay LCHF, and saw numbers rise. Metformin increased to 3 a day with meals - Burnout during 2018 and 2019 saw fluctuating bloods from low to high and back again, like a demon BG hobbit!
    Metformin SR 500mg x2 (down from 3 - self changed), Jardiance 25mg | Freestyle Libre Sensor Flash Glucose Monitor (not strips) - FBG, Pre/post Exercise, before & twice after meals, bedtime) | Carb count on MyFitnessPal
    Last couple of blood tests - results not handed over for comparison by surgery.
    2020 - control generally good via meds, LCHF wherever possible, monitoring with Freestyle Libre, regular exercise regime.
