I'm due to return to work Thurs but am terrified, I'm a midwife and its not unusual to do the 12hr shift without a break. My bm's are ok at home but I'm worried I won't be able to give good care yet. I hoped to speak to my manager first but she's off and they seem to just expect me to turn up and get on with it. Am I being totally over dramatic in maybe wanting another week to adjust? I'm due to do three nights in a row from Sunday and I have no idea what will happen with my bms then. Anyone else in a similar boat?</p></blockquote><p></p>
