we all have different carb tolerance levels, but I won't lose weight on 20g a day, unless I drink masses of water, walk 3-5 miles, get a good night's sleep, am not stressed, and avoid all grains and milk. Oh, and mustn't eat too much protein.
Ridiculous, eh? But it is the hand I have been dealt.
Some people on here just cut bread and potato, avoid sugar and use butter and full fat yog, and the weight falls off.
There is no justice, is there? But then, we knew that already...
Don't want to depress you, but the reality is that we are each unique, and our bodies have unique criteria, including things like stress hormones, and menopause hormones, which can have an astonishing impact on the way we function. I would suggest that you try to isolate one thing that may be a factor, change it, and wait and see. It is a slow process, but sooner or later you will find the winning combo.
