soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
Somewhere recently, I have seen a piece about what diabetics are talking about on the net. It said that despite the usual dietary advice from HCPs, most Web groups are advising and practising low carbing.
I just wish I could find it again

I've written that several times. How interesting that someone else has noticed, was it a journalist? That would be a miracle!

What really stands out to me is the difference in results once people are given proper information to work with.
