Where do I start ?

Diabetes....!!!
Only diagnosed type 2 last week and waiting to see a dietician etc, so all of this is very new to me.

I need to get the ball rolling and I'm looking for a low carb diet to follow as I drastically need to loose weight. I have joined a gym locally and now go three times a week plus walk/run on other days.

Any suggestions for which diet you guys recommend for speedy results. I have strong willpower and a supportive partner

Thanks Diasy1, I did look at Vivs diet and printed it off to read later.

I 've firstly got to get my head round all this carb counting, net carbs etc, all seems a bit daunting.

Ordered a couple of books of Amazon for light reading before bed :!:
