Only diagnosed type 2 last week and waiting to see a dietician etc, so all of this is very new to me.
I need to get the ball rolling and I'm looking for a low carb diet to follow as I drastically need to loose weight. I have joined a gym locally and now go three times a week plus walk/run on other days.
Any suggestions for which diet you guys recommend for speedy results. I have strong willpower and a supportive partner
