Where's the best place to inject insulin and what to eat to lower blood sugars


Gosh - You sound totally different. I'm pleased you're feeling so much better.

Whilst I'm sure it isn't the main reason you're feeling so much better, having a job will have helped no end, in that you will have a decent structure to your days (needing to get to work on time), I'm guessing it also limites your nibbling time to an extent, and of course having a few pounds in your pocket can make the world seem a more kindly place.

I'm sure as time moves on you'll keep learning about your diabetes, and hopefully you'll keep trimming up a bit more.

On an aside, did you realise the OP on this thread must live pretty close to you, and is about the same age? What's in the water where you live?
