I've not tried it, but would be very wary as Xylitol spikes my BG nearly as much as sugar. Some of the Type 2s do get away without a spike from the sugar alcohols like Xylitol though. If you do give it a go, make sure you test afterwards to be sure.

I make my own ice cream, but it would be good to have a commercial one I could buy while out. I've just come back from holiday and really missed being able to buy an ice cream on days out.

I have tried the strawberry and vanilla and I wasnt too fussed with it. I know hubby picked it up for me when it was buy 1 get 1 1/2 price at the health food shop. However you might like it but I'd rather make my own now :D
 
Thanks for the replies, may give it a go if I find any someday. I think Holland & Barrett sell it so if I'm near one I will check it out.

Yes they do, but not sure if all store now have it in stock. I asked mine if they could order it in for me to try and they did :D
