I'm looking for a blood glucose monitor to help control my Type 2 diabetes, something simple to use, but accurate. I've noted Betachek C50 has an integrated lancing and 50-test cassette. Does this make it simpler to use? Anyone have experience of it, or any suggestions? I've never used one before, and find the separate strips and lancing intimidating. Thanks.

I’m sure someone will be along to give you a big list. However I’ve used quite a few and I find the easiest and most convenient, reliable finger prick meter to be the contour next . It’s small easy to use and accurate
If your budget can stretch libre continuous glucose monitoring is well worth looking into. I treat myself to one now and again but they arnt cheap
Thanks for the tag @Melgar , my list doesn’t contain the Betachek C50 and I have no experience with this meter. However I’ll post my list in case it is useful for @Rosie9876 to compare prices.
Here’s some info with links for UK meters, and to be clear I have no commercial connections with any of the companies mentioned.
HOME HEALTH have the Gluco Navii, which is a fairly new model and seems to be getting good reviews.
