I have two (yeah, I’m too lazy to be fiddling with dialling them in every other day) Eureka mignon grinders which do an excellent job, one for espresso and one with a different burr set for a coarser grind. I love them, they are so fast and quiet. My thinking was to get a great mid-price (well, low price really, given what the pro ones cost!) grinder and a basic espresso machine, to see if I liked the messing about - the grinder would bring the best out of the little machine and still be up to the job for a posher, shiny one later if I wanted! And then 3 months later the diabetes happened and latte was off the menu for a bit, so more kit arrived.... Now, fortunately, I can enjoy them both.
