hi, i have diabetes problem from 2 years and i wanna control it fast. i am taking some medicines for resolve diabetes problem. but when i drop medicines then again my blood sugar level high. so tell me which is the best way to reduce diabetes problem permanently and which diet is best for control it fast. share your advice. thanx.
