I take: Cinnamon 2000mg daily Chromium Picolinate 1000ug daily Flaxseed Oil 2000mg daily I'm unsure if any of them really work or not but even if they help a little it's worth it. The're not really that expensive. I do find that if I know I'm going to eat something Carby...a bit of Rice or Pasta, I'll mix up a small glass of Apple Cider Vinegar and water to drink beforehand. I really do think it helps to reduce the spikes. I've eaten the same meal (and the same portion) with and without the Vinegar and there was a noticeable difference in the spikes. I've done this several times to try and rule out any fluke readings.
