Hi everyone, this year in my garden I am growing rhubarb, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, gooseberries and redcurrants. Obviously these will be eaten in moderation and I will be testing blood as well, but I was wondering if anyone can see any obvious "no no`s" amongst them? Thanks, Chris.

They are all fine for me but best to test before and after you have them just to be on the safe side :)

It is said that berry fruits are the best for those with diabetes so it sounds like you will have a lovely assortment

They all look fine, and I eat them all (except redcurrants which I'm not particularly fond of!) in moderation without any problems. However, any no-no for you would be any fruits that raise your glucose levels to an unacceptable level, regardless of what they might do to anyone elses.

All look great to me I keep berries in the fridge and have the odd couple when needing to snack. but to repeat what others have said you need to test to find your individual limits.

Wonderful. A nice bowl full regularly, will most likely be fine.
