I use solaray spektro without iron and vitamin K ...but actually haven´t read if they contained sugar, that thought didn´t occur to me.. well two thoughts ... I am not sure if it is a good thing without K-vitamin... and it lacks Iron in the longer run... but till now my iron levels are okay... of cause if you are clever in Building up your foods from the most healthy and eat a variaty of plants and meats and eggs and dairy then you maybe don´t need to add vitamins... but I myself tend to eat in the same patterne and not that much variaty... and by the way I also do eat about half of what I´d usually eat.. on mosts days a 1000 calorie diet... I have had some servere excema on my hands that has become much better after starting to take vitamin C 500 mg and some zink-tablets
