They were asda sausages, never have a problem with them in a casserole.
Can have 4 or 5 in a casserole with now or little effect.

It would definately be the Ryvita for me and I do eat them anyway I can't stand Cream Crackers

Well if it is swede then I wouldn't choose as I eat both

Seems burgen have changed the carbs & fiber in thier loaf.
Compare the bottom of the pic with 2 values to the lower of the 2 main pics.
