Hi everyone,
I have up to now been eating fage low fat and low sugar yoghurt. The low carb diet recommends a full fay yoghurt. Where do i get this?
Thanks.

I get the greek style yochurt from aldis and mix in some fresh berrys and nuts

Go to Lidl, they do a Greek Yogurt under the brand name Milbona which is really creamy & delicious.

If you enjoy the Fage brand, they do a full fat variant of what you are already eating. I think most, if not all, of the big supermarkets stock it.

I like Stapleton's greek recipe yoghurt, but not sure if it is available outside of North Devon. The other one I like is Yeo Valley Greek yoghurt. Both are very creamy and yummy with raspberries and blueberries - I also add a tablespoon of milled flax seed which makes it a very satisfying breakfast.

Fage in both full and low fat varieties is. :p One of the reasons the full fat Fage has always been my first choice yoghurt.

Manufacturers web sites and some online supermakets are a generally good sources for finding nutritional information, so you can check out other brands that way.
