No healthcare professional has enough time to spend giving this huge amount o information 1 to 1. I hear many horror stories on here about poor treatment and advice but a lot of that is just the nature of forums and people in general I think. People love a rant when things go wrong but much smaller percentage will take the time to write about excellent service. I know this is not the case for everyone, but it's the majority. I still think many other countries are envious of our NHS.
