Dear All ,
Please could someone help and explain this?
I am 66 years old.
On Metformin 500 mg 3 times a day
Gliclazide 30 mg a day
Carvedilol 6.25 mg twice a day.
Theses attached are my blood glucose and times when i have eaten.I also measured at night.
How can I control these better?

Thank you
Micheal

I suspect those highs are all down to the huge carb intake in your meals, if I am reading those charts correctly.

5 slices of bread ? Rotis ? Chat baht dahl with rice ? bananas ?

I really think it is the carbs.

Also see fruit, jacket potatoes, (chips or crisps) ? biscuits, cakes

You are a carb monster lol

Some of those lows are very low, are these after taking the gliclazide ?

I would suggest you speak to your doctor about your lows and feeling faint. Show them your graphs and point out those lows.

Are you eating how you want to or are you eating those carbs to fight the lows?
