Why does my skin hurt so much?

Not even sure if it is Diabetes related, but my skin from upper thighs to the top of my head is sore as hell - can barely move. No bumps, lumps or rashes, but it's sending me nuts. Have tried anithistimines, no go.

not itchy, but hurts when I move and with clothes up against.

Am on basal bolus and control has got a lot better since starting, but this is knocking me out. My glands behind my ears have been up for weeks, but really need a magic wand to make it all go away.

Anyone had similar? Have I developed an allergic reaction to my washing powder????
Any help gratefully received

Sounds as if you might be fighting an infection? Skin can sometimes get really sensitive when your body's fighting something (mine can, anyway). Although an infection would probably also send your bg high...?
I'd change the washing powder anyway and see what happens. It can't hurt to give it a go with a hypoallergenic one.

Unless you've changed your brand of washing powder/fabric conditioner or deodorant then it's highly unlikely, I would go straight back and see your gp and ask them to have a look at you again.
