If your body is used to running with high sugars then 5 may feel a bit odd. I had an odd sensation when I went below 4 for the first time. But your body gets used to lower levels quite quickly so don't fret over it. It is after all what you are aiming for.Thank you for your replies I will remember what you have said.
Why?I went to a 4.7 in the middle Of walk, had to stop in and eat something, plus a coors light too
Are you on insulin?I went to a 4.7 in the middle Of walk, had to stop in and eat something, plus a coors light too
as already stated in another thread i’m newly diagnosed T2 only at the beginning of the week... but i’ve noticed over the last few weeks my hand starts to tremble especially if i’m holding a cup of tea .. and sometimes i feel as if the whole of my body is shaking even when i’m sitting down.. would this have something to do with blood sugar?
Without testing your blood sugar at the time it would be impossible to answer. Some people get symptoms like you have described when their levels are perfectly normal but the body is not yet used to the retun to normal levels.would this have something to do with blood sugar?
Had to get sugar levels back up, walking brings my levels down, I sometimes start shaking and feel depleted when I don't eatWhy?
