Jim I usually have one cappuccino in the morning with foamed milk from then on it's black espresso coffee for the rest of the day till bed time when it's a cup of herbal or fruit tea my favorite being Novus Wild Encounter Tea, ingredients Hibiscus flowers, apples pieces, rose hips, elderberries, strawberry pieces, passionfruit pieces, sunflower blossoms, rose petals, blue corn flowers, fruit flavours.and you don't put milk in that. But if and when I drink milk it is full fat milk as to my mind skimmed milk is nutritionally next to useless.
