Hi moderators!
You usually provide an explanation when you are locking a thread, and it is usually clear why this has happened. I can understand the protocol issue regarding the poster using the title 'GP', and this was resolved. So why was IanD's thread locked? I have read the posts and just don't see where the problem lies. Could you maybe post a short explanation on the locked thread, so that we can know where a line was crossed and avoid doing it ourselves?
