Wife of Type 2 - Hello

Hello all
I am the wife of someone who was diagnosed Type 2 last summer. He has been following a low carb diet for about two months and I have now joined him in it. I have joined because he doesn't have a lot of time to post and I have a few things I need to clear up about our diet etc, and hope you lovely people on here will be able to help.
You'll probably find me mostly on the Low Carb section of the forum then...

I love to be in the low carb section too as I am T2 and low carbing with high fat too. My H is not diabetic but he is on his way there we think!

You will learn lots if you read here and you will gain heaps of good stuff you can pass on to your H.
