Basically I have been a bit careless and I think I maybe pregnant...I know it may not seem much but I have wanted a baby for AGES but a lot of things have made me think...no I can't have a baby...these reasons being 1) I am supposed to be having a back operation soon 2) I am hopefully starting a new job very soon! And 3) I worry way too much what others may think...my dad especially!! Oh and my hba1c is only 58 so it needs to ideally be lower...I know it's my decision but I'd appreciate some feedback please...thank you
