I’m a T2 and had a very high blood sugar count when diagnosed, I’m trying to eat healthy and lose weight but went out today and felt guilty eating ham egg and chips even tho before i would of had burger. Xmas day I have a pub meal booked so I’m having a dessert it’s a chocolate peanut stack which I know is so so wrong but I haven’t a clue what i should be eating at the moment</p></blockquote><p></p>
