So where is everyone?
I know, I have been AWOL a few days too. Rushed back to water exercise after misding it for 7 weeks. Not a good idea. Should always do it gradually. Set myself back. Have been feeling rough, so just gentle pottering last few days.
 
I've got a sick line lol. Keep at it , I need you to be there when my knees better . Will try again tomorrow .

Probably better than dragging yourself round the house which is what I have been doing. Oh and a 5 minute stroll around the garden, (not a big garden, I just went around it a few times). Need to soak up some of the weak sunshine to liven me up.
 
Did some cleaning.
Went to swimming pool, 40 mins swim and an hour aquafit. Walked around the shops, for 25 mins.
A bit tired now. No happy medium with me.
 
Hello everybody. I've been swimming today. Swam for 45 minutes and did equivalent to 35 lengths of standard pool. I must try to swim each day.
 
Aqua fit for 50 minutes and a ten minute swim.
Enough for today.
 
I'm still here , hopefully by the weekend I'll be able to do more
 
Hi all, Ecersise for today, Went shopping in morning parked car away from shops and walked, afternoon did 2 hrs of ironing for daughter as well as minding 4 grandchildren.

45 minutes swimming equivalent of 35 standard lengths. @amgrundy wow minding 4 grandchildren! That would certainly be energetic. I get worn out looking after one!
 
Busy day of appointments, so just a short walk today.
 
Hoorah managed 1.77miles on the flat. Leg a bit sore when I got home but I can put up with that
 
@mo53, I notice you are increasing the distance you swim. Goid to see another water baby.
I have been to aquafit again today. An hour in the water. Then another hour trundling around the supermarket. Have been sitting for just over an hour, for a leisurely late lunch, and the dratted activity tracker has a red line which means 'MOVE'. It can wait, and if it stops raining I will go for a walk later.
 
Hello @Pipp . Yes I'm trying to crease both the time and distance I swim each day. I haven't been today as I had my grandson. You do lots of exercise

Hello everybody.
I didn't manage to fit in a swim yesterday but I've swum equivalent of 30 lengths today.
