hi there I’m new to the forum but have a question. I’ve adopted a low sugar diet for the last three months after reading a book by dr Michael morse which has greatly helped me to reduce my sugar levels. Breakfast has been whole fruit and natural yoghurt and lunches have been mainly fish/chicken salads followed by a decent dinner minus the refined carbs or starchy carbs. It is now coming in to autumn and I love stews but will these affect the blood sugar levels as I read that sweet pots, parsnips, swede and carrots all c@rry higher levels of sugar once broken down.....is this correct
