18 months after diagnosis, I've just done my 3rd half marathon in under 2hrs. Next years plan is to spite this diabetes even further will a couple of full marathons. My London application was rejected but planning Edingburgh & Chester

Hi there. Thank you for your kind words. I am chuffed. It was the Birmingham Bupa run it was really enjoyable. I don't know why I didn't get into London apparently it really is a lottery & can take around 5 or 6 years of trying unless you go through a charity but ypu have to agree to raise around £3000. I will keep trying but fancying the Edingburgh one. Xx
