Word is reaching the mainstream

The hairs on the back of my head stood up when I started reading the article especially when they mentioned this web-site. Why has the DM now reserved it's reporting. If this article helps even one person it has been worth it. The comments after the article show that a lot of us are LCHF but some don't want to believe it. Onwards and downwards.

A good article in the Daily Mail!
Whatever next?

(But I did have to have a bit of a read and a private chuckle over Dr Unwin and his low-carb, high-fat diet, as reported by them. Ho hum.)

And everyone says the same thing. They have bought their own meter to test bloods and by doing so they have reduced their blood glucos levels. I need to get back on the band wagon. Was healthier when I followed LCHF diet.

I have written to the DM in tthe past, usually because I'm cross about an inaccurate reporting of some statistic or another regarding diet. Today they have redeemed themselves, not only with this article but also with another one about coeliac disease which was equally sympathetic and well informed. I'd been quite upset about their report a few weeks ago regarding coeliac foods on prescription - their reporter had got the notion that we got cakes and pizzas on script and were stuffing our faces with free junk food on the NHS. We get flour and bread.
