My first reaction is that honestly, she should either know this, or find it out for herself!
However, setting that aside, the answer is that type 2s vary tremendously, so one size (or risk) doesn't fit all.
It depends on
How well controlled your blood glucose is
What your diet is
What (if any) medications you are on
What (if any) dietary and exercise changes you have put in place
Stress levels
And what your hours and duties involve.
For instance
A fit, active, type 2, no medication, with blood sugars controlled to normal levels, is not going to score a higher risk assessment than any other employee.
On the other hand, an unfit, insulin using uncontrolled type 2, with responsibilities driving children, or operating potentially dangerous machinery, is a very different risk assessment.
