Would this have any affect on my blood sugars?

Can you open a window or bring a fan in to work to cool down with.

I am not sure as I sweat a bit in our summer, but I only start to get tired in the afternoon / evening period

For some people it might affect them, but the answer is really to do some testing. What are your bloods running at; do you know?

My blood sugar go erratic in the volcano/arctic alternating climate at work. However, I invested it a £9.00 USB plug in fan from Amazon, and it is the best thing I have done. It is still going strong after 2 years.
