I am not sure as I sweat a bit in our summer, but I only start to get tired in the afternoon / evening period

What are your bloods running at; do you know?

However, I invested it a £9.00 USB plug in fan from Amazon, and it is the best thing I have done. It is still going strong after 2 years.
