Hi I'm on Jsa and last week i genuinely forgot I had an appointment the day before I signed , so when I went to sign I was asked why ? I never attended the day before I told them the truth that I had just forgotton and I are a statement , I've just recieved a letter saying that they have stopped my benefit for 4 weeks I am type1 diabetic
I just wondere if anybody could give me some advice on what todo as I can't go without money for 4 weeks I have to eat and pay my bills any advise would be appreciated. . I wished I lied now and said iwas poorly but it was just a genuine I forgot it can happen to anyone . So untold the truth and still got punished !
