After an unusually excessive peeing before 2 am , I acucheked my son only to find that he was at 22 mol, I mixtarded him. Frankly I haven't mustered how to control his diet, I've tried enrolling for the free programme but its not going through (am using chrome browser), kindly help. If anyone knows an educative book in soft copy please let me know.

This probably wont actually help but he might do better, coming off that insulin and going on an MDI regime with separate basal and bolus insulin....

Can I ask what diet advice and insulin advice you are currently following?
I don't use insulin myself so cannot help, but the more information you can give, the better, so that experienced insulin users will understand what is going on.

I read your post to say you are having trouble logging into the Bertie Online course (and would like the learning material in soft copy format), as opposed to the Low Carb Programme on this site?
 
I understand their is a free training programme on management of diabetes in which one can enroll but I can't go through. Additionally, if I can get any educational material in soft copy I would be very grateful.

I haven't use BERTIE, but if it is the BERTIE course, could you try joining from a different browser? I do know that some sites and Google Chrome don't get along.

If it isn't BERTIE, could you please copy the url of the site you are looking at here.

Been thinking about your request for a book, and suggest you read 'Think Like A Pancreas' by Gary Scheiner. You can find it in electronic format. I have just checked, and you can find it on Amazon. Best wishes.
 
I've succeeded in enrolling in BERTIE, I just wanted education in diabetes management that's all. Thanks all
