I don't take any regularly but if I do it's just a couple of paracetamol for an occasional headache/cold.Doing some digging and looking at past blood test results,  I suspect that PPIs might have something to do with it. I've been taking a high dose for the last couple of months and a maintenance dose for ages and this has coincided with drops in gfr. Something to ask the Dr about.</blockquote>
