Usually im in the of 9-13 and today im 8.8 at breakfast and 6.4 before dinner thats good right? And my medication have finally startes ro so its job?

Looks like something is going right!
Best way to check is keep writing down your blood results and keep a diary of what you eat. Then you can check for any changes if variations
