I am intrigued by these watches that read blood pressure, monitor all heart functions, and now claim to read blood glucose! I cant understand how they can do this without breaking the skin. I would like to ask if any members have tried these watches, and if they are accurate, and consistent. They seem to be too good to be true!
I have no experience of these watches myself because basically, like you I don’t believe they can work. There are quite a few threads in the forum discussing these but you may be interested in this thread linked below
Hi all, I've been on the lookout, as quite a few of us are, for a non finger pricking was to take glucose monitoring. There have been rumours for years that apple is busy developing one.. But I noticed this today feoma company called Vitanix, here's the link to the advert that I saw...
I love a gadget full stop but a gadget that tells me the bee all and end all of everything going on in my body, well I could get sucked into the sell. Yes I have an apple watch that I use specifically for when I work out and it seems to be spot on with heart rate etc. As much as tech has advanced, I cannot see a watch that would tell us what BG would be without piercing the skin. Again if it sounds too good to be true.....
