Wristband What Wristband

I was informed by Diabetes.co.uk that I was one of the lucky winners of there wristband just over a month ago and that I would receive a confirmation email - that to this date has never arrived (20/08/2013), also writing to them which they have ignored all my correspondence, I wonder how many more people were told they had won and heard no more? Come Diabetes.co.uk get your house in order please, then we can wear the wristbands with pride.

We did try to contact you earlier, but to no avail. One of my colleagues left a message on your answer machine and did send you an e-mail. The reason you didn't receive your band is because your address was left incomplete when you sent off your details to us. If you could respond to the email that Charlotte sent to you, we'll have it sent out today.
