Hi.
I'm just wondering at what stage does the fat in a lchf diet get turned into fat?
Once it hits the stomach?
Before or after?
I may try xenical from specialist if it's offered.
I have excessive fat cells in my body already. However I'm led to believe lchf diet burns fat not carbs. Is it fat cells get burnt or fat which is consumed in the diet when it joins the digestive system?
I was guessing fat cell.
I was also guessing xenical on fat hitting stomach.
Could I con my system to do both?
I eat cheese, homemade burgers, double cream and bacon with rind on.
The side affect of xenical is liquid fat in stools. The more fat you eat the worse the side affect.
Xenical only works on gestational fat. I believe.
On lchf diet does ALL of the fat content get burned? No matter how much fat you consume?
Thankyou in advance for your brilliant expertise.
Desperate to lose weight without surgery. :-)

My heart consultant suggested I try Xenical. It didn't work for me. I would think that if you use Xenical it would possibly negate the effect of LCHF as it just sends the fat straight out again? I'm guessing here.

LCHF worked for weight loss up to a point and now I'm doing my 2nd fat fast, which seems to be working. I am having 90+% dietary fat and that's the only way I have managed to lose weight in over a year. I would guess that when the body burns dietary fat it is encouraged to burn body fat too. I don't know the mechanics of it, just that it worked for me.

Obviously you would need to choose foods you really enjoy eating. For me that was dairy. :)
