Hi
Has anyone tried XLS Medical Ultra 5 weight loss medication as a T2. I have type 2 and my HbA1c last week was 38. I’ve had my metformin reduced to half dosage for best three months but am concerned that if I’m not as careful I may stay putting weight on. My current BMI is 32.

It's a concoction that is not fresh food.

Anything like this is just similar to having concentrated shakes, and most of them are just snake oil salespeople.
