Thanks for posting. I'm going to an update course at the end of the month so will see if there is any more on LCHF. It will of course depend on the person presenting it I supposeThis is a link to the information about LCHF produced by XPERT Health, the charity who provide the XPERT course:- https://www.xperthealth.org.uk/Portals/0/LCHF.pdf
Note that it contains links to www.dietdoctor.com and to this website.
Me too.I bought the Ttudy Deakin book and found it very useful.
I am starting to think, maybe we should sign up for our local xpert courses so when asked we can explain how we improved our test results.
Maybe. I'm sure though that some are still fairly blinkered and would dismiss what you say.I am starting to think, maybe we should sign up for our local xpert courses so when asked we can explain how we improved our test results.
Yes, course. I think the results seem to speak for themselves, so can't be ignored forever. Things are turning in the right direction I think. I'll see how much is mentioned on the update course I'm going on.So what if the person leading the group dismiss it, I was more thinking about how many members of the group could be directed to this website.....
