Hello has anyone tried cooking with xylitol I found some today and wondered if anyone had tried it.....I hope to try and make a cake with it.....any success stories ? There was also a bar of no added sugar chocolate in holland and Barrett I am type 2 and am going to try it..

Hi Hana.....thank you for replying ....looks like I have bought the right item then.... will get baking what a great idea to mix it with stevia a great tip thank you for that......
