Had my annual meeting yesterday with a new Endo who I had not seen before
He was over the moon with my results and said that if I can maintain this lifestyle forever then I am greatly improving my chances of making old age
I was a little disappointed in all honesty as my HbA1c has risen from 6.1% to 6.3% but they are still well happy with that.
I am aiming to get below 6% for my next appointment in May, has given me new determination seeing that it has risen a little
