I have been getting Yo-yo readings the last few days. 1 minute it will be 3 then all of a sudden it will shoot up to double figures, even though I haven't eaten anything
Are you washing your hands properly before testing, are you shaky or sweating. Can you please provide more details then members may be able to be of more assistance.
