I'm having a yo yo day today foods I've had before but getting some different results from BG test
Before breakfast 4.2
After (2hrs). 5.6
Before lunch 4.3
After 7,1
Before dinner 4.1
Dreading the next one , normally I stay between 4.6 and 6.1 so what's going on today?
